At Skylab Printing, we strive for the highest quality in our large-format printing services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must have a manufacturing defect. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
Do not return your purchase unless instructed by our customer service team.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted:

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

Late or Missing Refunds
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges & Returns

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Currently, our lead time is approximately 2 weeks.
